I was disappointed with this book. It was interesting, but kind of boring. It was not what I thought it would be. I thought there would be more bio info. Interesting to see her point of view and how she thought though. Some redundancy throughout the book.

Another excellent writing by Miss Nightingale. Came in excellent condition and soon after being ordered. All nurses need to know more of Nightingale’s writings.

I have wanted to get this book for a long time and was not disappointed. What an interesting historical perspective on nursing and how this influential nurse helped to shape our future. I would recommend it to all who enjoy medical history and the beautiful use of our language in times past.
